Alleged Antutu benchmark reveals Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9506), Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 inside

An Antutu benchmark has surfaced on the internet which allegedly confirms the existence of an unannounced Samsung Galaxy S4 variant, the GT-I9506. The new variant is very similar to the, Korea exclusive, LTE-A variant of the Galaxy S4 but for the Global market, reports RBMen. Take this news with a pinch of salt as benchmarks can easily be manipulated.

According to the benchmark, the device features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with a clock speed of 2265MHz (2.3GHz), Adreno 330 GPU clocked at 440MHz and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). The device scored an Antutu score of 31123, which is expected with the Snapdragon 800 CPU.

The new variant is expected to be launched at IFA 2013 in Berlin on September 3, along with the Galaxy Note III.

WTF Samsung? This year they fucked up. How many S4 are there? 10? 20? Each one of the 100.000.000 they expect to sell will have a different S4? Did i just gave 600 Euros just so they release another S4 with a CPU that totally ruins the one mine has?

Great job Samsung. Keep ruining your phones. Whats next? 1500 versions on Galaxy Note? We now have Exynos, Snapdragon 600/800, Tegra 4, Mediatek and Intel. So i guess there will be 6 versions of the Note III. Just for the hell of it and just for pissing of those who made the mistake to buy one!
