Samsung's Galaxy Tab 3 series is now selling in the United States. The complete range is on sale – the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 sells for $199 and comes with a 1024×600 display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 3 megapixel and 1.3 megapixel cameras, 4000mAh battery.

The Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 ups the ante with a spec jump like 1280×800 display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 5 megapixel camera, 1.3 megapixel front camera, 1.5GB RAM, 4,450mAh battery and priced at $299.

The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is powered by Intel's dual-core processor and features 1280×800 display, 3 megapixel camera, 1.3 megapixel camera, WatchON, 6800mAh battery and a price tag of $399.
