We earlier reported about a HD resolution for this device.

Sam, here is the trick. Produce 2 or 3 versions of excellent phones and Tablet/Note a year – that is about 9 product. I don’t know what kind of thinking head Sam has in their department, but they are not thinking straight. Tell you the truth you nearly had Apple by the balls already but you are about 10 to 15 percent shy of that. And those percentage can be met by undergoing a couple of things only, not hard. But I am not going to tell you because other consumers have already.

Here is what I think about business:
Look at Apple. What truly impressive about their strategy is not about designing iPhone 4->4s->5 (my own opinion though) or releasing different versions of iPhones, but is about their supporting technique. For instance:
1. Open more Apple Store for customer to try new devices, as well as help them with their enquiries (signing contracts, fixing errors, install apps guide…)
2. More software updates for their phones (this can be easily done if Samsung REALLY intend to focus on). What Apple did really well is updating their devices: iPhone 3Gs still can have 5.1.1 or iPod Touch 3th Gen can have 5.1.1 or even 6.0 (of course with few function limited -> this is forgivable due to hardware limitation). Why wouldn’t Samsung do the same thing? i.e. update all their devices (assuming their stop releasing similar-spec devices), but keeping all customers satisfied while improving their reputation towards other competitors.
3. Take advantage of increasing Google Play apps (i.e. make sure there is no instance like 1 apps released to Apple Apps Store, while not presented on Google –> customers may not be satisfied, or may feel them have been treated unfairly). This means Samsung can focus on designing the apps for their devices (like what their are doing with Note 1 and 2, but needs to expand it (i.e. for other high-end, medium and low range device). Because what the point of keeping releasing new medium-range and low-range devices if they can’t do any better than other brands like HTC, Sony, LG, etc.? –> This is a question that is needed to be addressed in R&D department everyday before they make a decision.
What I was thinking is: the best strategy would be: releasing 1-2 devices in each business range.
This mean 1-2 in super high range (Note 1, Note 2), high range (S2, S3), Midle range (xx,yy), Lower range (zz,aa), 10″ tablet (xx,cc), 7″ tablet (cc,vv) + 1 Nexus phone + 1 nexus tablet.
Clearly, its already can cover all different tastes or demands from customers. Then the money that they are using to releasing “way too many similar phones: Premier, S Plus, S Duos, SII Plus, S3 Mini…” should have been utilised in R&D (new design, new software innovation, new software updates, new “so-called” Samsung Stores (pls get a new name, or else Apple is gonna sue for sure.) If this can be done in the next 1 or 2 years, I truly believe that Samsung can beat Apple in the global market).
P.S: I’m really satisfied with my Noble Black S2. Thank you, Samsung.
