Samsung started selling the Galaxy S III mini in Asia with Android 4.1.2 pre-installed.
Where the first Galaxy S III mini devices are still running Android 4.1.1 the Asian variants are running Android 4.1.2.
Of course the firmwares are downloadable through our firmware page. But remind flashing is at your own risk. We expect Samsung to bring the Android 4.1.2 updates for the current Galaxy S III mini owners begin January!

The Galaxy S III mini uses a 4″ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 x 800. Some other specifications are a 5 megapixel camera, 1Ghz dual-core processor and the latest version of Android (Android 4.1 Jelly Bean).
Samsung poured their own interface called Touch Wiz interface on it and this device is NFC enabled. The new Galaxy S III mini comes in 2 colors namely white and blue. The advice price is around the 400 euro.
