Samsung says Apple competes by abusing patent law

In an internal memo sent by Samsung to its employees, the company came strong on the jury verdict loss in the US court. Samsung says they offered Apple to settle amicably but it was Apple who wanted a lawsuit.

Samsung says to look at the fact that courts globally have ruled that Samsung did not copy Apple's designs and recognized the standards patents, which the jury overthrew.

Samsung signed off the memo by saying that they choose to compete in the market with innovation, unlike Apple who's competing by abusing the patent law.
