Samsung denies Nokia acquisition rumors
Samsung has confirmed to Reuters that they’re not interested in buying the Finnish giant. Samsung said the reports surfaced last week were “purely speculative and are not true.”
Last week, Finnish site, kauppalehti.ff claimed Samsung to acquire Nokia for 4EUR/share which translates to around 15 billion euro.
Samsung’s confirmation has sent Nokia stock prices down by 2 percent.
