Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8
We gave you the first glimpse of new Galaxy Player and Samsung has now announced the said PMP as Galaxy Player 5.8. The features remain unchanged from the last leak that includes Android 4.0 OS, 5.8-inch qHD (960×540) display, TouchWiz UI, Learning Hub, megapixel camera, VGA camera on the front, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, two front speakers, SoundAlive, 16/32GB memory, microSD card slot and 2500mah battery.

this is kind of pathetic, i know its just a music player but whats the point of having those RETARDED specs when the sgp5 is about the same. i would have expected a higher resolution and dual core or quadcore cpu and with ics or jellybean. seems to me like all things samsung there just pushing out more and more and more products like always. the fact that there update history is to me the most horrible update system in this world. i really wish samsung for once when they release at least its better then prior ones not the other way around this is when it comes to galaxy players and there tablets. only time will tell if they really learn cause im getting fed up with the way samsung handles thing, i love some of there products but the way they go about things sucks. i have a sgp5 have had it for more than a year with new ics and jb out i have to go to developers in order for me to get the current android system when they should be doing all they can to at least release a device thats better and is closer enough to a cellphone as far as specs go…i mean after all sgp was to me suppose to be a cellphone without a contract so why not have the same specs as well…makes no sense
