I9100XWLP7, DDLP9 Locale Language change not getting Saved

I9100XWLP7, DDLP9, DDLPA (SLK, TML, NPL) New firmwares has issue with Locale Language change. not saving it as permanently.

After upgrade from xxlpq, DDLP7 .my language which changed back to English (It was Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil. i was using)

now. even i go to custom locale (or morelocale2) and changed my locale language to my regional lang. its changing Language no problem.. but after i reboot phone again its goes back to English.. it not getting saved as my default language. earlier it was working fine.
hope samsung aware of this.. SLK, TML, NPL. INU users may needs to change the english and keep their regional language as default device Locale lang.. hope. they gonna bring update asap.

XWLP7 DDLP9 WIFI and Signal level poor too.. earlier. XXLPQ, DDLP7 I was able to get my WIFI range in rooms and Hall.. now if i move one room to another room. WIFI level low..or sometime no signal.. they made it worst again.. battery is lil better.
