There currently seems to be a large increase in spam on this forum, most recently via Private messaging. Thanks to all who reported this!
Rest assured that we take this very seriously and take all the countermeasures we can to keep them out and/or ban them as soon as we can.
Your account is safe and we have not been compromised in any way. If you have any questions regarding account security, please reach out to us.

However, we have disabled the private messaging for non-paying members to prevent this from escalating any further.
We are working towards a better fix that would hopefully allow us to re-enable private messages for free members as well.

Please ask all your questions in our (public and/or) premium forums as much as possible, or see our Support Portal.
If you have questions that require providing private information and you are not a Premium member, we will provide you with an email address to send it to.

Update: we also had to disable the public forums for the same reason above, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
