    Hi,

There is no difference between the s20+ and the BTS version.

Can u post the buildversion and serviceprovider sw ver. ?
U can find it under Settings > about phone > software information.

    Or

Could you go to Software Info on your device, screenshot it from top to bottom and post it here?

Ather that install/run this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...app.deviceinfo

Then go to the firmware-Tab, screenshot it and post that info here?

I hope that I can help you out with this.

    Best regards,
    Erwin

    Hi,

I see, my link is broken. But thanks for the info.

Did you flash it with the CSC or HOME_CSC?
Try to flash it with the normal CSC file. (You will loose all the data on the phone).

    Best regards,
    Erwin

    Hi Blinko007,

I have searching for the whole day, i think its a hard issue to fix this and live with a love heart in the bootscreen for a few sec.
Samsung have this bootscreen hardcoded in the software and i dont know where they put it. Last thing you can do is try to flash it with a DBT rom and a working Pit file.
Otherwise i dont really know how to remove this screen.

    Best Regards,
    Erwin
