Exclamation galaxy j7 prime usb disabled and stuck in FRP lock

my galaxy j7 prime (g610f) is stuck in FRP lock and I can't flash it through USB using odin because my usb port was broken a long time ago (because of water damage) , the USB port can charge my phone but PC can't recognize my phone and I can't use odin
In the repair shop they said some gibberish which meant that it cost a lot to fix and didn't worth it , now I wanted to know is there a way to bypass FRP lock screen without flashing or using pc , is there a way to flash the phone using SD card (Some phone can do that).
I really don't care about usb port while it can charge my phone. I'm using this phone as temporary solution till buying new one

ps: it stuck in bootloader with a red line at the top saying "custom binary blocked by FRP lock"
