Hi,

I had purchased S20 FE 5G ( Indian version) on June 11 th and due to call not connecting issues it was exchanged with a new one. Soon the new device also developed same issues. Occasionally the call did not connect from both the sim. A simple restart or toggling the flight mode ON and OFF will make the device to connect the call again. I think its a software bug. Several calls to the customer service is still in vein. Now the options before me are either scrap the device or wait for an OTA update . Whether anyone from India faces this problem and what are the possible causes and remedies.
