Exclamation Galaxy A50 service provider sw. issue

    Hi everyone!

I have a Galaxy A50 phone with Android 10, One UI 2.5 and I have the '2020 December' security patch version and my Galaxy won't update to the latest software.
I contacted the regional Samsung support recently, they said I may have a country code issue inside my software.
I mean my own version would be the XEH/XEH, XEH/XEH (independent hungarian) but I have a combination of a hungarian and a portugese version like: XEH/XEH, TPH/TPH.
On your site, I saw that I can download and install the latest firmware for my phone to get it manually updated so my question would be the following:
If I download the latest firmware, it will resolve my region problems?

Thanks for the answer, have a great day!

    1. Download SmartSwitch for PC (NOT to be used, just for the correct drivers): https://www.sammobile.com/samsung-smart-switch/
    2. Download Odin 3.14.x: https://dl2018.sammobile.com/Odin3-v3.14.4.zip
    3. Download latest firmware for Multi-CSC OXM: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/ga...7CUC2/1511543/

How to flash firmware to your phone:

    1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
    2. Download Odin v3.14.4
    3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
    4. Open Odin v3.14.4
    5. Power OFF your A50
    6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNDwatZ-ooo
    7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
    8. Add the firmware files to their designated slots (AP in AP, BL in BL, CP in CP, HOME_CSC in CSC). USERDATA stays EMPTY!
    9. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
    10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

    Note: use USB-A -> USB-C cable

Use SamMobile only if you are 100% sure about the risks involved in flashing your device. SamMobile is not responsible for any damage caused by using the files on this website.

XEH = unbranded Hungary (last CSC can't be changed = Product code)

    Oh I see.
So in that case is it ok for me?
Can I get OTA/Smart switch updates with that CSC code or I need to update manually every time?
