Red face Samsung S10e from ORANGE to stock firmware

Good day. I have a Samsung S10e from Orange Slovakia. The phone is not blocked, I use a Telekom Slovakia SIM card in it. However, I would like to upload a clean Samsung firmware. Without the Orange app and to make OTA updates work sooner. It is possible ? Or do I have to modify the CSC in some way?
Will OTA updates work for me after the update?
I've read a lot, but it's still not clear to me. Thank you for any advice.

    1. Download SmartSwitch for PC (NOT to be used, just for the correct drivers): https://www.sammobile.com/samsung-smart-switch/
    2. Download Odin 3.14.x: https://dl2018.sammobile.com/Odin3-v3.14.4.zip
    3. Download latest firmware for Multi-CSC OXM: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/ga...9EUA4/1219319/

How to flash firmware to your phone:

    1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
    2. Download Odin v3.14.4
    3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
    4. Open Odin v3.14.4
    5. Power OFF your S10e
    6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode: Connect USB-cable to your computer. Hold down "Volume up" and "Volume down" at same time. While holding down, connect the USB-cable to your phone.
    7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
    8. Add the firmware files to their designated slots (AP in AP, BL in BL, CP in CP, CSC_OXM in CSC). USERDATA stays EMPTY! Your device will RESET afterwards(which is mandatory); your SIM-card must be in your device while flashing. If you get a pop-up "SIM-card changed": accept
    9. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
    10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

    Note: use USB-A -> USB-C cable

Use SamMobile only if you are 100% sure about the risks involved in flashing your device. SamMobile is not responsible for any damage caused by using the files on this website.

Do I need to reset the phone to factory settings first? For sure?
Will all my files be lost after flashing?
Thank you very much for the instructions, I'm going to try it tomorrow. Wish me luck.

I'm sorry, my English is terrible. But I still don't understand if I should delete the whole phone and then upload the stock firmware? I read somewhere that when I have a google and samsung account and a lock screen set up on my phone, it can make flashing problems.
And what is the difference in
    CSC_OMC_OXM_G970FOXM9EUA4_CL20607146_QB37613734_RE V01_user_low_ship.tar.md5
    and
    HOME_CSC_OMC_OXM_G970FOXM9EUA4_CL20607146_QB376137 34_REV01_user_low_ship.tar.md5
when I understand it correctly, I should use the first one without HOME.

I'm sorry I have so many questions, but I want to be sure.
Thank you very much for your advice, you're great for helping people ..

Follow the instructions in my message #2. You don't have to delete your Samsung/Google account.
