    Enable E-SIM on F916B International Version Unlocked

    Phone is unlocked, and it seems its updated to latest firmware, the E-SIM i would like to use can be American or Mexican, is there a way to enable it changing the firmware or something? If not to just return it.

    Can I know why not ? It's being sold as a dual SIM, can I put a specific firmware to enable it? Both my carriers have esim available.

    Could you go to Software Info on your device, screenshot it from top to bottom and post it here?

    The CSC of your device is GTO; if you don't have sSIM now, you can't enable it by flashing other firmware (your CSC won't change, and eSIM is enabled by CSC)

    Does that means Samsung need to force enable it with an update? What are the chances of it happening?

    We have no information about that; you should ask your carrier and / or Samsung in your country/region.
