    Current software version isn't supported

    Hello, Actually I bought my Mobile (Samsung S8+) from a local shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. After few days when am trying to update my mobile, it keep on showing the same message, i.e., YOUR CURRENT SOFTWARE VERSION ISN'T SUPPORTED. VISIT A SERVICE CENTRE. So I tried to update a firmware on my own but got confused with the firmware's because there are lot of firmware's available in this site but I couldn't FIND any specific firmware for CANADA.

    Please someone help me to select the right firmware.

    Current version:

    Hi there

    Your model is SM-G9550, which is a device from China or Hong Kong

    Canadian devices have model-code SM-G955W

    The baseband on your phone is from a US device: SM-G955U

    There's obviously messed with the firmware on your phone! If it's working now: don't mess with it!

    Our advise: return your phone ans ask for a legit Canadian model...
