Does anyone know where I can get firmware from for the SM-T865N BTU. The tablet freezes at the Samsung Logo, and I will not allow me to do a Hard Reset.

Not sure what you mean, is it the tablet I have is only Korean? I thought it was a UK model.
If your model code is SM-T865N, than it's a Korean model
UK-model is SM-T865 (without the "N")
