SM-G973F - UK(BTU) firmware instead of Italy(ITV)

Hello,
yesterday I downloaded the latest android 10 firmware (G973FXXS9DTK9 - G973FOXM9DTJB) for my Galaxy S10 (SM-G973). The installation went well but the country was UK(BTU) instead of Italy(ITV). Today I tried again with the latest version of android 11 (G973FXXU9EUA4 - G973FOXM9EUA4), but the result is the same (UK(BTU) instead of Italy(ITV)). Originally the phone was Italy(TIM)(TIM). What can I do to put it in Italy(ITV) ?

Could you go to Software Info on your device, screenshot it from top to bottom and post it here?

BTU is the default CSC for Multi-CSC OXM. The product-code of your device is TIM. TIM is NOT part of Multi-CSC OXM.

Because of this, you can't get the desired CSC ITV, and your device is set to the default CSC of Multi-CSC OXM: BTU

If you don't have problems now with the current installed firmware...

But: why did you flash firmware yourself in the first place?

I flash it to have android 11, because with Italy(TIM) it hasn't arrived yet.
