Change firmware country CHN to XEF ?

Hello,

I will need your help to change firmware to another region.

The motherboard of my SM-T820 tablet failed and I replaced it with a new motherboard but I did not notice that the new motherboard was on Chinese firmware (T820ZCU3CTD1, CSC: CHN) and would like to put the firmware of my region (T820XXU3CTD5, CSC: XEF)

So I download the firmware T820XXU3CTD5, Odin 3.14.4 but the flash does not want to do this, error message on the tablet and on Odin.

How can I change the firmware for another region?

You can't flash French firmware (XEF) on a Chinese device.

Do you think flashing a custom ROM might solve my problem?
To have all the google services and have a tablet entirely in French.
Currently, the play store is very limited and some applications are in Chinese, even when downloading APKs from apkmirror.

That I don't know, because we don't support ROOT and/or Custom ROM's

I will already try to fix the missing "oem unlock" in "Developer options", but for now after trying several methods that I found on the net, I cannot find the right method.
