I have a Galaxy Tab A. It was updated on January 4 to the latest version: T580UES5CTL1. Soon after this I started getting a continuous series of error messages saying that Google Play Serviced has stopped. I have done some looking on the web and see that this is an old problem, but I did not have it until the update.

Is there any help for this? What can I do to fix this?

Not that I know of. If the problem is not the update I will restore it to factory and start over.

Is Google Player under maintenance? I can't find it.
