    Angry Access SS Cloud Data (summarized https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/) with an PC only

    I am not able to access the details of my SS cloud data summarized on https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/ with an PC only.

    If I click on "Gallery", or "Other Synced Data", a verification notification is sent, that I can only access with a modern mobile Samsung device logged into the same account.
    My SM-T595 recieves it, my older Note 4 not.

    Also, I would like being able to access my data without a mobile device whatsoever.

    If I click "Don't have a device?" I get the notice, to logoff all devices, which will then allow me to login by Email instead. This however does not work - even with all devices logged off, only the notification method is offered.

    Any advice ???

    May I ask why you are poisting the same question several times?

    I don't have an answer for this, sorry...

    Did you contact Samsung Support already in the Samsung Members app?

    Thanks for the reply.
    I have a very hard time to understand this forum system and cannot answer / verify, that I posted this question several times.
    In "My Activity" I see the question only once (29-12-2020, 18:39)
    Please support to understand what happenend.

    Another post today did not show up at all, so I did two tests in the tablet and the phone section of the forum (17:48)
    Please delete this.
    I also found, that uploading pictures did not work with Chrome - I had to use Edge.
    Is it allowed to post a (SS cloud related) question in both forums?



    Samsung did not reply yet (10 days).

    Tests of the issue are complicated, because Samsung cuts off my acounts, if I do multiple logins/logouts to understand things. ("Your IP adress has been blocked ...." !!!!)
    I do nothing wrong (valid passwords and credentials) so this is very annoying and disqualfies Samsung accounts for any serious use in my view...

    I also got the information "Account blocked", after requesting a data takeout (see my post:

    Seems a bit ridicoulus to me - Google does not need to block your work for this...


    I tested two new accounts and nothing is reliable.

    I reach https://support.samsungcloud.com/#/ that shows me:
    - Cloud Usage
    - Gallery (not for new accounts anymore)
    - Other Synced Data
    - Samsung Cloud Drive (not for new accounts anymore)
    - Device Backups

    In the past I could click all this fields to get more details and to delete data after another certification.
    This certification ("Send notification" button) does not work relaibly anymore.
    In the past I got a clickable notification on a 2nd logged-in decice or an Email.

    Now only one out of three accounts tested sends an Email, the others do nothing...

    I also do not understand this certification terror in gerneral, because I already authorised myself 2 times with a 2 factor authentification.

    I am sorry, if I missed soemthing of the forum etiquette here, but I am new to this forum.
    Reading my second post in this thread again, I hope, I provided meaningful additional information (the list, other accounts tetsted, ...) and would not consider this redundant...
