I need some help .. Purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 2 LTE last week. Model SM - F916B. Great phone BTW. The phone has two IMEI numbers bur one is greyed out. No SIM Card manager option in connections.
The October software patch came up pretty quickly and two nights ago got the November patch. The E sim functionality is still not enabled.
The software patch for September which was supposed to initialize the e sim functionality never came up..
I need to know how to get this e sim function enabled , if this is not possible on this phone , will return.
