Samsung S9 October 2020 - Smart Call Problems

Hi,

i have problems after the new firmware update Security Patch 1. October 2020 (G960FXXUCFTJ2[ Login above or register to see download links. ]) with the Smart Call App
It is not possibel to make calls, whitout that the Smart Call App report error,

Also it is not possibel to dissable Smart Call ("Anrufer-ID und Spam Schutz"), then the same error come up

any solution or fix?
