can't change csc on note 8 to get native call recording.

I tried:
1. *#272*imei method
2. download and flash in Odin a INS firmware and ILO
3. used Realterm - csc just won't change.

I am lost, this is so annoying that they disabled the call recording, I spent hours and really don't know what else to do, any help? should I root and flash custom rom to get the native call recording? which one?

Are you located in the UK?

You can't change your CSC, it's determined by the inserted SIM

We don't support ROOT and/or Custom ROM
