Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus - No Auto Update - Stuck in Android 9

    Hi Guys,

So 10 months ago, I bought a phone from a guy, and it's a used phone from carrier AT&T. I live in Indonesia and using carrier Telkomsel. Almost every week since android 10 release to public, I check that software update never coming until now. I do a little research and I found out the solution is to flash my phone with Odin and a new firmware. But the problem is, I can't even find my current firmware on sammobile. Can you guys help me what should I do? And one more thing.. Do my data will gone after I flash my firmware?

Thank you guys, I give you screenshot of my phone system.

    Hi there,

    1. Download SmartSwitch for PC (NOT to be used, just for the correct drivers): [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
    2. Download Odin 3.14.x: [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
    3. Download latest firmware for Multi-CSC OYN: [ Login above or register to see download links. ]

How to flash firmware to your phone: (Use USB-A -> USB-C cable!)

    1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
    2. Download [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
    3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
    4. Open Odin v3.14.4
    5. Power OFF your Note10+
    6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode: [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
    7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
    8. Add the firmware files to their designated slots (AP in AP, BL in BL, CP in CP, HOME_CSC in CSC). USERDATA stays EMPTY!
    9. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
    10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

Use SamMobile only if you are 100% sure about the risks involved in flashing your device. SamMobile is not responsible for any damage caused by using the files on this website.

So if I follow ur steps and let say it worked, my data wouldn't gone right?
And what happen if the firmware fails to update? Do my phone gonna got blacked out? Or I can simply download my old firmware and flash it again?

If you follow exactly my message, your data will be still there on your phone...

Unfortunately, you won't receive any OTA-updates for your device in your country (that's because you have an US-device)

Okay then, I'll try your steps. Thank you so much! It's okay I can manually update again and again
