How to change service provider to XCC or ATT?

I still have not received any updates for my phone, and i honestly think its because my service provider is VZW. How would i go about changing this to XCC or ATT?

I see your CSC is ATT also; unfortunately, we don't have ATT-firmware

I think it's the best to contact ATT in this...
