Did you receive previous update by OTA, or did you install this yourself?

If by OTA: why not wait till the OTA becomes available?

I was always installing it myself. I have a SD version, but I am based in a country other than US, China, Korea, where these versions are officially available.

I downloaded the FW version you suggested, but I could not flash it.

As as soon as I reboot my phone in Download Mode and select "Reboot to bootloader" I get the following screen:

I do not recall seeing this screen during previous iterations.

Apart from "Start" option on the screen the other available options are: Restart bootloader, Recovery mode, Power off, Boot to FFBM, Boot to QMMI.

Anyways, if I connect the phone to the PC, there is no blue sign in Odin.

What do I do next?

Method 2: Power OFF device, hold down VolUP & VolDown and while holding down plug-in USB cable
