Question Samsung Galaxy S6 edge SM-G925F stuck in boot

I got a friend's Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge SM-G925F that is stuck in boot (the initial screen with the writing "Samsung Galaxy S6 edge powered by android").
    Things I tired:
    • Flashing the latest firmware
    • Flashing the latest firmware with a PIT file
    • Flashing the 2nd most new firmware
    • Entering recovery mode to wipe cache and data - but it's not accessible from the boot screen or the download mode
    • Charging the phone and then try flashing again (since there's no battery indication - so just in case there isn't enough)

    Firmware 1
    Portugal (Vodafone) from 2019-08-13
    PDA: G925FXXU6ESG2
    CSC: G925FVFG6ESG2

Multiple files (AP, BL, CP and CSC)
    PIT file: ZEROLTE_EUR_OPEN_HIDDEN200M.pit

    Firmware 2
    South Africa (Vodafone) 2019-06-30
    PDA: G925FXXU6ESE3
    CSC: G925FXFV6ESE1

    One file (AP)

    Please advise.

    Hi there

When flashing didn't help, there's obviously something else wrong with the phone...

I suggest to go to a Samsung Service Point and let it checked

    Hi,
Thanks for the quick response and for the suggestion.
Yes, I admit this issue seems like one that needs to be fixed in a Samsung service point.
That being said, I'm trying to look for more actions to perform by myself before having to send my friend there, especially in these problematic days...
I'll appreciate if there are any other actions you believe can mitigate this issue.
    Thanks
