Unhappy Can't get Android 10 on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ using an OTA or manual update

    Hello SAMMOBILE guys,

I have an issue on not being able to update my Android 9.0 that came with the device when I first bought it
By using the old method which I used with my old International Unlocked Carrier Samsung Galaxy S8, which was navigating to Settings>Software update>Check for updates.
Whenever I do as above it tells me that the current software is up to date which we all obviously know that Android 10.0 was out for everyone a few months ago, even though my One UI is still 1.1 not 2.0
PS someone shipped me the mobile from the US with no local carrier issues.

and if you need any further information from my device I could gave them right away to you.
    Thanks again in advance.

I am too facing out the same consequences. I want to include with it that I have been facing a problem regarding the GPS signal which is not found.I have tried out the troubleshooting procedures:
    1. Disabled the Mock Locations. Step 1: On my Samsung Android smartphone, gone to Settings > About Phone.
    2. Toggled Airplane mode on/off.
    3. Reset Location Settings.
    4. Restarted the Phone.
    5. Retested the Network Settings.
    6. Updated the Pokémon GO.
Suggest us anything else we need to include regarding the [ Login above or register to see download links. ] for the perfect resolution.

    Hi there

Could you go to Software Info on your device, screenshot it from top to bottom and post it here?

Hello there for trying to help me out but in step 1. there was no mock locations to disable I can only disable the mock location app which was already disabled by itself, and also in step 3. I couldn't d reset location settings when I search for such thing it only shows two options which are Date and time and the other one is Automatic date and time, and in step 6. updating the Pokemon GO I dont think it has anything to do with such an issue. so my point is that some of the solutions you provided are missing something.

Thanks again for trying to help me out in advance I really do appreciate it.
