What do you mean by BLOCKED?

Go with your device to a Samsung Service Point and let it checked

I have to install new romstock

but i dont know which one to dwonload and install (my galaxy did not appear oon my search on this samsmobile site)

My advise is still: go to a Samsung Service Point

Why is your device BLOCKED? FRP-Lock?

If FRP-Lock: you can't remove that by flashing firmware...
