Change CSC by changing firmware

Hi,
I currently own a canadian Note 9 (SM-N960W) and I'm prensently in Thailand where model number for Note 9 is different (SM-N960F).
I cannot put my Note 9 in thai language.
Should I only switch firmware using Odin (if possible)?

Is there a "world" firmware vailable?

Nope: you can't flash N960F firmware on a N960W Note9 (different models)

You can't update your device, because there's messed with...

You've a Korean device, N960N, where International firmware is flashed on (N960F)

If it's working now: leave it that way
