I have a new S10e which came from Three network in UK.

The problem exists on both branded Three rom and un-branded XEU rom.

I can't make VoWiFi to work at all, even tho I confirmed with customer service that this function is enabled on my account.


With VoLTE it only works when I call someone but when the same person calls me back it goes via 3G and not via LTE so obviously the sound quality is a lot worse.



I tried literally everything, including factory resetting my phone. No success.



Oh and it's not just today, it's been like this since I got the phone a week ago.

Funny enough as soon as I inserted my spare BT sim card everything worked perfectly fine.

So is it my phone that's playing up or is it the network?

Any help will be appreciated.
