2. Can the LTE version make phone calls and send text messages on its own without connecting to a phone? i am not asking for a suggestion on app continuity or the like i know about that

Does anyone know about the processor on the European version?
Some French shops mention the snapdragon, other mention only the speed: Max 2.8-2.4-1.7, which is more the snapdragon than the exynos but the word Max is not a good sign. Other shops mention a 7nm processor... that could be the exynos 9825.
In France we have a free cover if we pre-order the tablet but I think it is more safe to wait for the first reviews because I like game emulation and the snapdragon 855 is much better in this area.
I had some chat with the Samsung support. The first guy says snapdragon, the second one says exynos....

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 has a "Snapdragon 855", also in Europe...
Samsung never released a separate Exynos-version for their tablets in Europe...
In France, the Tab S4 is Exynos 8895
I just bought Tab S6 LTE (SM-T865) in Bulgaria - the processor is Snapdragon 855.

But my old Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) was with Exynos processor (also purchased from Bulgaria)
