How to Download

I have found the firmware I need. However when I select it, SamMobile logs me out and asks me to "join". I cannot download even when I log in again, the site logs me out as soon as I select the firmware I need.

Why is this?

Cool you could download the firmware; in Chrome the INCOGNITO-mode was also a possibility...

Many thanks. Seems to be sorted by using Internet Explorer now. I will try the solutions in the faq next time.

Thanks for the advice to use a different browser. I kept trying it with Chrome and thought I was losing my mind.

Glad to found post. I was really pissed of by inability to DL firmware.
