    Hi there,

Could you install this app on your device: [ Login above or register to see download links. ]

When installed, go to the "Firmware"-tab and post that info here (screenshot)?

    Hi there,

Have you flashed your device before?

    Hi there,

OK; have you bought your device "new"?

The CSC of your device is incorrect

It says G955USQU4CRE9, but it should be G955UOYN4CRE9

That's why you don't get any updates!

Oh wow, I see it. I am wondering why it is the same with PDA. How can I fix it, sir?

Have you bought your device new, or where you bought it?

Someone must have flashed it; this isn't delivered this way by Samsung...

I bought from my friend. Ehh I must fix it by myself. By the way, thank you for your time. If you have any idea, you can tell me.

First download SmartSwitch from here: [ Login above or register to see download links. ] (NOT to be used, only for Samsung drivers)

Download this firmware: [ Login above or register to see download links. ]

How to flash firmware to your phone:

    1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
    2. Download [ Login above or register to see download links. ]
    3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
    4. Open Odin v3.13.1
    5. Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Bixby + Power + Volume Down buttons)
    6. Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
    7. Add the firmware files to their designated slots
    8. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
    9. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

Flash AP BL CP & CSC_OYN with Odin 3.13.x. Your device will be reset afterwards (which is mandatory). USERDATA is NOT TO BE USED. HOME_CSC is NOT TO BE USED!
SIM-card must be IN your device while flashing; if you get a pop-up "SIM-card changed": accept!

Use SamMobile only if you are 100% sure about the risks involved in flashing your device. SamMobile is not responsible for any damage caused by using the files on this website.
