GT-N8010 does not run. Firmware does not upgrade

    Hi,

I have downloaded the following firmware for my Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8010 from SamMobile web site:

    Version Android 4.4.2
    Product code PHE (Spain)
    PDA N8010XXSDQA1
    CSC N8010OXXDNG1

I was upgrading this firmware in my device using Odin, and for 30 minutes the progess bar was locked. Then I decided to restart the tablet, and from this point the tablet does not run.
The following message appears when turn on the tablet:

"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies and try again"

I have tried to upgrade the firmware several times, but the process does not finish.

Somebody can i help me? Can the previous firmware be corrupt?

    Regards,
    David

    Hi there,

Can you still go to the "Download mode"?

    Hi again,

Yes, I can go to the Download mode, and the tablet is detected by Odin. However, when I start the process to upgrade the firmware, the process does not finish never, it is locked.

I have to say that I am trying to upgrade from 4.4.2 version to 4.4.2. That is, the same version, but it is different compilation:

    FROM :

    Version Android 4.4.2
    Changelist 2098840
    Build date Tue, 01 Jul 2014 12:01:04 +0000
    Security Patch Level N/A
    Product code PHE
    PDA N8010XXUDNG1
    CSC N8010OXXDNG1

TO: (last firmware published in SamMobile)

    Version Android 4.4.2
    Changelist 0
    Build date N/A
    Security Patch Level N/A
    Product code PHE
    PDA N8010XXSDQA1
    CSC N8010OXXDNG1

    Any help?

    Regards,
    David

Which Odin-version are you using and where did you put the firmware-file in Odin?

    Hi,

I put the upgrade file in AP box.

I would like to do a downgrade to 4.1.2 version, and after then to do and upgrade 4.4.2. However, this 4.1.2 firmware has been archived due to too few downloads (This firmware has version number PDA N8010XXUCMK2 and CSC N8010OXXCMK2).

Is it possible to provide a link for download 4.12 firmware?

    Regards,
    David
