    Hi there,

    Thanks for your screenshot.

The reason, you didn't get any OTA-updates, is that your current build was never released for India (INS).

I'm gonna guide you, so you can install the firmware yourself (latest from India) and receive OTA again

First: download/install Smart Switch (NOT to be used, only for the correct Samsung drivers on your PC) -> https://www.sammobile.com/samsung-smart-switch/

Download the latest firmware for your Note9: https://www.sammobile.com/samsung/ga...U3CSF9/277150/

Download the latest Odin for your PC: https://dl2018.sammobile.com/Odin3-v3.13.3.zip

Flash AP BL CP HOME_CSC_OXM with Odin (CSC_OXM NOT TO BE USED!!!). Your settings/data will stay intact...

KNOX will stay intact (official firmware) and your warranty won't be void...

How to flash firmware to your phone:

    1. Extract (un-rar) the firmware file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin) ***
    2. Download Odin v3.13.1
    3. Extract Odin ZIP file (i.e. to folder c:\Odin)
    4. Open Odin v3.13.1
    5. Power OFF Note9
    6. Reboot Phone in Download Mode (1st plug-in USB-cable to your Note9!!!, push Bixby + Volume Down buttons, while pushing them plug-in USB-cable to PC
    7. Wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
    8. Add the firmware files to their designated slots
    9. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
    10. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

    Hi Boss,
No, the sim cards inserted in both slots are from Kuwait.

    Hi there,

Insert your Indian SIM's in your device. If you get a pop-up "SIM-card changed" (probably in a foreign language): ACCEPT

Could you send, when Indian SIM's are inside, again the screenshot of Software Info -> Software Serviceprovider
