Cant receive OTA update

I'm having this same problem. I let a friend of mine put the Pie beta on my phone, and now I'm not able to get the official version. I have a security patch from Dec. 2019. I'm using tmobile in the US. I've tried smart-switch and ota and they both say that I already have the latest software. This is so frustrating.

Let me help the next case: My girlfriend have new A6+ and same thing as my S9 - can't get OTA update. When tries - always say she have the latest software update.
