    No.
XEO and BTU share the same firmware.
Install BTU firmware and your existing XEO CSC WILL be chosen.
I didn't put this right. I don't want to change from xeo to btu. I just want to update to nougat without changing the csc and keeping my phone data. Is that possible?
    Thanks

To install another csc firmware will need Odin.
    This will wipe your phone.
Wait for the XEO update OTA.

    2. You are correct in that XEO = Poland
Poland firmware is part of a multi country/multi csc firmware.
The 'family' code for the firmware is OXA and includes BTU CPW DBT ITV KOR NEE XEF XEO XEU

    XXU is a region code
In this case it is Europe.
Ok. XXU is Europe. But what mean XXS ?

Looks like the Middle East if you look at the firmware.

    Samsung are changing this convention.
If you look at S8 firmware it all has XXU.

Hello chapapak, and thank you for your kind words.
We are proud of our forum and hope you will enjoy using it.

    Now your questions:
    1. AP/PDA is the android version
The last 3 digits at the end are the most interesting (possibly!!)
In your firmware your AP last 3 digits are QC1
    Q is the year = 2017 (2016 = P, and 2018 = R)
C is the month = March
1 = Revisions during the month, in this case no revisions.

    CSC = Customer Software Customisation
This part of the firmware makes sure that the opening language is correct, and other country(or network) specific information is installed.

The country/network codes are 3 digits.
They are simply representative, similar to the country code sticker you may put on your car.

    2. You are correct in that XEO = Poland
Poland firmware is part of a multi country/multi csc firmware.

    ZDA is model information.
    ZDA = Black

    3. There is no reason to change your CSC code to the country you are in.
In fact you cannot change to EUR because it is part of another multi csc family.
    EUR is part of
OXX multi CSC ( BGL ERO ETL EUR ORX ROM SEB SEE SIO TPH TWO XEF XEH XEO)
If you install EUR firmware you will get the default CSC in the firmware.
I understand that the default csc is XEO.

    4. Which phones are updated and when is purely a decision for Samsung.
Hi, can you give me stock 4 files, which can be repaired when the device fails to work properly

    etc,,pit ,boatloader, báseband

    hello
here in sammobile we have not 4 files firmwares but 1 file firmware + pit file is the same . so if you need a pit file , post the sammobile firmware download link and i'll extract the right pit file for this firmware
