    Unable to disable reactivation lock

    Hi,
I tried to flash latest TWRP but it fails with Odin, the message shown on the display is:

    Custom Binary blocked by R/L
R/L is reactivation lock. In settings i can't disable it and it seems to be impossible. It feels like not to have the control over my phone anymore. Is there a solution to disable it?

    Some general informations...
    In download mode:
    Product name: SM-G925F
    Current Binary: Samsung Official
    System Status: Official
    Reactivation Lock: On
    Secure Download: Enabled
    Knox Warranty Void: 0 (0x0000)
    Androidv.: 6.0.1
    Basisband: G925FXXU5DPL3
    Build: G925FXXU5DQA7
    Knox: 2.6

You will need the Samsung account details to disable the Reactivation Lock.

Do you mean that you do not know the Samsung account details?

If this is not your phone, then the security is doing its job.

Can you remove the Samsung Account in Settings > Accounts?

Haha cool, now it works. Thanks for the tipp!

EDIT: I flashed the latest TWRP version (3.1.0-0 for G925f) with Odin. After that the handy performed a reboot and back in system i truned it off. Then I booted into twrp. At the first time it asked to modify the partition for root and i accepted. I did a reboot again and now i'm stucked into bootloop. Do u have an idea how to fix that? :/

I already did an normal wipe but didnt't help.

This is a known issue and has a WARNING in the XDA install guide.

WARNING #2: The Galaxy S6 edge (6.0+) stock boot image has dm-verity, which prevents you from booting if you swipe to enable system modifications!
SOLUTION: Flash a root such as SuperSU or phh-superuser. You can also flash no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip.
