    thanks greenman,

my network signal is quite bad as keeps dropping, private mode and recently started experiencing battery drain.
i am currently in Africa, Ghana to be specific and on MTN 4G(LTE) network .

Which of the two firmware do you recommend? G935V or G935U?
i read that the G935U CP (radio) gives better signal.
i already G935V nougat firmware as seen in the image below. kindly give me a link to G935U unlocked firmware.

No network in Ghana will give you a full service on your G935U as the LTE frequency is not supported.

The G935V support on your MTN network is worse so go with the G935U.

Follow steps 1 to 6 here.
The PIT file is included in the firmware CSC.

    S7 Edge SM-G935FD, CSC-XSG

    Hi Mr.Greenman,

I have a UAE (CSC: XSG) version S7 Edge dual SM-G935FD with baseband version G935FXXU2DRAG, Samsung UAE stated the update is not coming anytime soon, I'd like to update to Oreo with Russia CSC as it is the only 8.0.0 firmware for the Dual SIM version I found here. Is the process as simple as this?
    1: Download and install Odin.
2: Download firmware for Russia CSC.
3: Flash it with Home CSC
i don't mind about warranty, OTA but I'd like to have my Knox working and would like to keep the data. Is it possible?

    Thank you.

This was awesome. It took me a week to research that this was not all fake but did it today and am over the moon.

My story...I got a replacement device via my insurance and because, as I later learnt, the replacement S9+ was from Dubai I would not be getting the security updates in the UK. The latest security patch said November 2018...i think. Samsung UK refused to help so I went online and landed on this site.

I will definitely use this site when the next update is released.

    Thanks to SamMobile.

    Hi there,

Could you go to Software Info on your device, scroll down to "Software Serviceprovider" and post that info here? (screenshot)
