    Oh dear.
A few days ago is bad news.
You should try and recover the data ASAP as delay can see the memory being overwritten.

Are you sure there are no backups?
    Dropbox, Drive, sd card, Photos.

No messing about, use Android data Recovery

Actually, you don't need to feel panic about the losing. Because when a file deleted from your Samsung S7 Edge phone, it is not truly deleted. The operating system only removed it from the file category in the folder and flagged the storage of the deleted file as being ready for overwritten. That is why you cannot find them though it still exists on your phone. All in all, before you shooting some new photos and video to overwrite the memory, you can fully retrieve deleted pictures from Samsung S7 Edge phone with a professional 3rd-party program. And before it, you should stop taking photos or videos with your phone immediately.

MobiKin Doctor for Android could be the best Samsung Photo Recovery program on your PC or Mac computer. It can help you conduct a deeply scanning on your connected Samsung S7 Edge phones and then you can preview the pictures in the program and find your target files and then save them on your computer very well.
