    I agree with your assessment.
By the way, it says on my tablet, that my CSC region is SEB, but there is no such thing on this site. So, could this be the problem?

Have you tried entering your IMEI into this link?
It sometimes will give the model number.
    Think you should check:

Phone model - P5100, Blacklist status - clean
There's even a sticker on the back, it says GT-P5100 16GB

    Yes, you mentioned the sticker.
    Stickers are easy to apply.
The problems you are having suggest that something is not right.
Did the IMEI site not confirm the model number?

    OK.
After all your work was unsuccessful, you should now be looking at hardware.
A battery replacement would be my suggestion.
    But not easy:

I am not sure what a battery has to do with any of this. I know for a fact, that I can write into it, so the memory is fine. Inside every AP file, the system.img file seems not to want to install, any idea why? The other files, including PIT file install just fine.

If you go back to your first post, you say that the tab does not stay on and when you change settings they do not stay changed.
This is classic battery failure as the tab needs power to re-write to memory. Power failure during this time and the files are not written.

Tablet stays connected tro my PC anyways, so it's getting power. How is it still rebooting? And pretty sure that wouldn't be the reason why it doesn't allow me to install new firmware, because it does not reboot while in the recovery or download modes.
