Thread: Stuck on Odin Mode (Multi Core Download)

    Ok .. I restarted the phone and re-ran the odin software and now I am getting this:

    <ID:0/004> Added!!
    <ID:0/004> Odin engine v(ID:3.1203)..
    <ID:0/004> File analysis..
    <ID:0/004> SetupConnection..
    <ID:0/004> Initialzation..
    <ID:0/004> Get PIT for mapping..
    <ID:0/004>
    <ID:0/004> There is no PIT partition.
    <OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

    Are you still trying to install the TWRP recovery or have you moved on to the firmware?

    PS No changes need to be made to Odin default settings.

    OK it is my understanding that to resolve this stuck in Odin screen on boot up I need to run the TWRP recovery.

    However, even if I run the firmware thru Odin I receive the same failed response.

    Setting the PIT is one of the first operations.
    If it cannot be carried out then it is possible that the memory is damaged.

    Review the posts that you and I have made.

    I will take the phone into the Samsung Service Center here and let them give it a go.

    However, I really do appreciate all the time and effort Greenman. Thanks a whole heap man!

    Hopefully our notes here can be a guiding light to another.
