I cant find the sleep tracker on the watch anywhere.

I can't figure this out either. Surely it should have a stock app for sleep tracking as part of the s health app, but I can't find it.
You can download a third party app to track your sleep on the watch but i don't like any of the ones available.

You could track sleep on the s2 and on the old Gear 2 via a stock app so I don't understand why there isn't one on the S3. Crazy.

S-health tracks your sleep. There's no specific app. Just wear it to bed, and after 10 minutes it recognises you are in bed and will track your sleep. it'll give you a summary when you wake up too.

I had the same issue and I agree with scotsman. Just wear it in bed! If it still doesn't track your sleep, activate do not disturb mode and that seems to trigger sleep tracking.
