    Hello

    I have some notes


    *Some months ago I wrote about the subject VOLTE

    *The intended device galaxy s7 and s7 edge

    *The VOLTE service is not running on the device

    *I think the problem of the telecommunications company

    *The answer is no,

    *the Problem exists in samsung

    *Unfortunately, do not want to update VOLTE service ON In the Middle East


    *I've been VOLTE service experience on the device iphone 7 and plus And it works well

    *Why is there no solution Do I have to wait more than this more than six months ?

    VoLTE is activated by your network.
    Does your network provide a VoLTE service?

    Yes, there are VOLTE service and work on some devices like galaxy s6 and s5 and iphone 6 and 6s and iphone 7 , plus

    And do not work on the device galaxy s7 and s7 edge

    Experience on my sim card

    You have to understand that VoLTE comes from your network provider.
    Your network provider will activate it if you:
    1. Have a network supported phone.
    2. Have the network required firmware.
    3. Have a network LTE data package.
    4. Have the network LTE sim card activated.
    5. Are in the network LTE reception area.

    NOTE:
    None of these requirements are down to Samsung except the provision of an LTE supported phone.

    As far as I can see Viva VoLTE service is only available for the iPhone 6 (onwards)

    It is Viva who decide which phones they will support.
    Any questions should be directed to Viva customer services.

    Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with Samsung.
