    hel me

    Hi,i tried updating the firmware ( pda N910FXXS1DPJ2 ) but I get this error

    Failure to write the firmware to your phone can be for a number of reasons.
    First of all make sure it is not a process error.
    Check:
    1. You are using an original quality USB cable and not a thinner charging USB cable. They cannot transmit the data.
    2. You are connecting directly to the PC USB port and not through a usb hub.
    3. Try another PC USB port.
    4. Try another Odin version.
    I would suggest Odin 3.09

    thank for reply, i use odin 3.09, cable is ok and connected to pc

    OK
    If you are changing from a custom firmware then flash the firmware more than once.
    Failure to write to your phone then this points to a problem with your phone memory.
