I was saying that you should backup your phone as an Odin install does replace your existing firmware.
But if all OK, no problrm.

There can be conflicts with the previous firmware and so a wipe from Recovery Mode is good practice after an Odin install.
If you have any problems, wipe cache then wipe data from Recovery Mode.

which version of MM can I flash with odin and without doing a factory reset?
My CSC Code is XEG 1und1 Germany, I have tried DBT of Android 5 and get hidden.img error
also I tried MM XSG and get the same hidden.img error
    my hidden.img is only 7MB

You are going to have to use a PIT file to install the DBT firmware.
Backup your phone data with the Helium app from the Play Store.

Thanks i would prefer MM i think netherlands will most suit
    Thas what i understand
1 select Firmware and pit file in Odin
2 flash first only the pit file with repartition but didnt reboot
3 flash Firmware and then reboot
4 after the initial setup go to recovery and do a full wipe.
    Will this trigger my Knox?

I would go for the PHN as it is an unbranded firmware.
But if you like Vodafone shortcuts then install the VD2.
