i think it is in still demo mode and unfortunatly i have formate the device without backup so plz help
You like to make life difficult don't you. LOL

If you have formatted, have you lost the Retail Mode app?
This is required if you are to try entering a code that usually unlocks the demo mode.

Without a Retail Mode app, you are left with a system without an operating system.
From here I guess the only way forward is to have your firmware installed with an Octoplus box or similar.
Try your local mobile phone wizard for help as you are not going to do this with a software solution only.

Hi, I may have the same problem with my Note 5 demo unit.

I bought it from ebay, and the phone came rooted, and working ok. I made a mistake and deactivated the superuser startup, and after reseting, my Note started a boot loop.

Is there any chance to fix it by flashing a new firmware with Odin.

    Thanx

You can try putting into Recovery mode and wipe cache then wipe data/factory reset or equivalent if a custom recovery.

If this is what you did after disabling superuser, can the phone go into Download mode?

I already wiped and factory reset. The phone goes into download mode. Already tried flashing the AP_N920G... file into the PDA slot in Odin, but nothing happens. I think is because my phone is a Live Demo Unit with N920X firmware.

The difficulty is not knowing what has been done to the phone before you received it.
Also which model of the N920 do you have.

Do you have or recall any information on the version?
You could try flashing the model firmware with its PIT file.

It is a N920X. There is a PIT file for my model, but I can't find a firmware file for it. Is it posible to combine the PIT file into another model firmware?

    Thank you in advance

Out technical moderator, yakapa40, extracts the PIT from the firmware file.
Can you contact yakapa40 and request the firmware he used?

    hello
sorry but i have only the CSC of SM-N920X 4 files firmware

for the firmware , you can try to make your own firmware like for SM-G900X :
install total commander for windows on your computer
    download a one file firmware
open the firmware with total commander ( not extract only open )
    delete :
    cm.bin
    param.bin
    sboot.bin
    modem.bin

in the firmware it will only stay :
    boot
    cache
    hidden
    recovery
    system

    rename the firmware : N920X.tar ( and not .tar.md5 )

    flash this firmware

    regards
