Question Trying to flash HK Rom onto Chinese SM-G9250

Hello, this phone is causing me headaches for a while now. I hope someone can help. I have been reading here and on XDA for days now without any progress.

Situation is: SM-G9250 Chinese stock, want to flash HK firmware on it to get play store. Currently on the phone is G9250ZCU2COJA_G9250RHC2COJA_CHC which i have downloaded from here. I am trying to flash G9250ZTU1AOF1 onto the phone because this is the only Rom i have been able to find with all four files and PIT file. Also there are some reports that this worked for some other people.

When i try to flash it in Odin i get the following problem.

So i thought to maybe flash some other China Rom and then try to flash over the HK rom. I downloaded G9250ZCU1BOGB_G9250CHC1BOGB_CHC, G9250ZCU1BOH2_G9250CHC1BOH2_CHC and G9250ZCU1COI7_G9250RHC1COI7_CHC from here hoping that i could flash them first. They are all three 5.1.1 Rom's just with an older release date but i can't even flash them because Odin shows an error.

    Currently my phone shows

    Baseband
    G9250ZCU2COJA

    Kernel 3.10.61-5685365

    Android 5.1.1

I really hope someone can help because i have really tried any and everything i could think of.

    TIA

The problems you are having are because of the secure bootloader on your current firmware.
This is not allowing you to downgrade your firmware.

A solution would be to reinstall your firmware with a PIT file. This would erase the existing firmware and give you a clean install.
Using PIT file can completely brick your phone.
If you want to continue then look hete:

Thanks for the reply. Even if i add the pit file it fails to flash. Here is how my Odin looks like before i click on "start".

No, i haven't yet. As much as i understand the newest one is the only AP part file, right? Don't i need one with all four files like BL, AP,...?

No, you should be able to install a single file.

This is not as easy as I thought!!
This XDA G9250 owners link may be of more help (but I guess you have found it already)

Also, a bootloader unlock is available for the G9250 in the Samsung App store

I have done all of that and still no luck. The bootloader has been unlocked with the CROM service.

Amazing, after trying it a million times now it worked with the firmware. Thanks a lot for your help

Not amazing - the firmware you installed was newer and therefore the installation was not blocked.

If you ever have time, a guide on what you did would be very gratefully received and stickied on the forum.
